This important seminar will continue to examine our classical karate techniques in the light of practical self-defense applications.  We will review the theories of a real attack and the mixture of kyusho jitsu (striking points) and tuite into our traditional Shotokan training.  A strong emphasis will be placed on the "physiokinetics" of real assaults and how these defense Kata skills should be included in your training.
